Teacher Wish List

The PTO Teacher Wish List program enables Wildwood teachers to request donations of items from parents that would help in their classrooms. If you can help by providing any of these items, please call or email the teacher, class parent, or just send the item into school with your child. Teachers: updates for this list can be emailed to editor@wildwoodpto.org

Kindergarten
Ms. Newcomb -
Ms. Shaw - skinny & fat crayola markers; lined easel/chart paper; gluesticks; liquid handsoap (with aloe); envelopes (various sizes); hand sanitizer; 2-pocket folders; clay; sand (for the sand table); lysol disinfecting wipes; post-it labeling & cover up tape; ziplock baggies (gallon size); bounty paper towels; kleenex.
Ms. Applegate - paper towels; napkins; disposable paper cups; clorox cleaning wipes; wooden blocks (big or small); matchbox cars; puzzles (100 pieces or less); counting games; ABC games; Brio wooden train pieces;Dr. Suess books; playdough; markers; color pencils; kid-size scissors; radio boom box (CD/cassette player).

Ms. Kuar - Take it to your seat Literacy Centers (grade 2-3 and 3-4, find them at www.evan-moor.com or amazon.com, product ID EMC 2723); Educational puzzles (Geosafari World Puzzle and United States Map Puzzle- www.educationallearnmggames.com); Really good stuff online- 10 drawer rolling organizer $69.95; Kindle Heart Communication (www.k-hcommunication.com or phone #: 805-653-0261, The No Fault Game, for children and for adults, $40 each).

Ms. Stinson - bean bag chair; recess balls; Brita Filter Pitcher with filters; small child's table for peace table (high enough for children to sit comfortably.

4th Grade
Ms. Radtke -
Ms. Woods - Kleenex; magnetic clips; lined easel chart paper/easel chart paper; plug in hot pot; oak tag/card stock.
Ms. Lambert -

5th Grade
Ms. Elder - Large pillows for reading corner; big dry erase markers, eraser and white board cleaner.

6th Grade

Mr. Corey - Classroom games (scrabble, chess, checkers, connect four, etc...); flash cards (multiplication and division); math puzzle games; nerf football; timer; pail to wash boards.

Physical Education
Ms. Fernandez-Obrien - blank CD's; 1 or 2 shoebags to hold small items that are borrowed or returned like pedometers and chinese juggling); Parent volunteers to help get pedometer program started with 6th grade at 9:40am, then 5th at 10:30, then 4th and maybe 3rd graders at 2:15.

Special Education
Ms. Smith- Kleenex; small/portable CD player; poster board or sturdy black display board.

Music
Ms. Warga-

Science Resource
Ms. Cahill - 1 and 2 liter clear (not green) soda bottles; scrap wood pieces (smooth edges, not jagged); gallon sized or larger bottles (glass or plastic). Please bring donated items to science area, opposite the circulation desk in the library space.

Health
Mr. Robinson (James the Nurse)-19" Flat Screen Computer Monitor...(wishes can come true!)

Art Studio
Ms. Rivera - Parent volunteers (especially in the afternoon); towels; art calendars or postcards; clean woodscraps for sculpture; baby jars with lids; tissues; small "glueable" objects (corks, bottletops, etc...)

ELLP
Ms. Keenan - absorbent paper towels; puffs tissues with lotion; credit card size stick-back magnets (available at staples).

Intensive Needs
Grethe Camp- boom box; Books on tape
Ohmead Snow- inexpensive packaged toys ($1 store, fast food kids meal toys); tissues; snacks (bulk pretzels, cheez-its, popcorn); small plastic cups; paper plates; napkins; plastic utensils.

Therapeutic
Sally Crawford - Male Barbie (aka- Ken) in good shape with clothes; Barbie clothes in good shape; soccer ball; playground ball; transformers; measuring cups and small funnels for sandbox

Computer Lab
Ms. Gainer - AA batteries and a 3-hole punch
